We provide tracked delivery throughout the European Union. For special delivery requests, email us at info@alveacare.hr and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Dispatch and Delivery Times

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day. Delivery time depends on your location and is typically 2 to 7 business days within the European Union.

Delivery Charges and Free Shipping

Croatia:

GLS home delivery: 8 €
GLS parcel locker: 5 €

European Union:

Home delivery: 16 €

Free shipping applies only for Croatia and for orders above 60€. Exact charges and thresholds are shown at checkout.

Our base currency is the euro (€). For purchases in other currencies, delivery costs are automatically converted at checkout.

Packaging and Receipt

Every parcel is carefully inspected before being handed to our delivery partners. On receipt, please check the condition of your parcel. If there is any damage, report it immediately to the courier and to us at info@alveacare.hr.

If you do not receive your order or a delivery notification within the expected timeframe, contact us so we can help locate your parcel.
